My name is Ciara Cassity and I'm married to my husband, Bob, & together we have 3 amazing children! Our oldest is 16, middle is 13 and youngest is 3. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, horseback riding & lots of traveling. My educational background includes a degree in sociology, social work, real estate & coursework in early childhood development & education.
Although, I have a successful career in real estate, I feel my passion that God has given me is to help children. I've been a foster parent & that path led me to adopting the most precious baby boy. Now my passion to help children is leading me to being a part of the mission "Not One More Child Drowns," which is the foundation & driving force behind ISR.
As a mom I did my research carefully when choosing swim lessons! While many organizations may claim to be survival swim, I chose ISR because I wanted the best of the best!
ISR was founded in 1966 & set the standards when it comes to survival swim. Their techniques are based off of 60 years of research & experience to achieve unparalleled results.
I enrolled my youngest child when he was around 15 months. Giving him that gift of being able to rescue himself if a water incident ever occurred was worth all of the time and money spent. Seeing your baby fully clothed going into water and coming up into a float is absolutely priceless.
I want so badly for other parents to have the opportunity to give these lessons to their children & that is why becoming an ISR Instructor was so important to me! I can't think of a more rewarding career than being able to give such young children, life saving skills.
